Wells of Love School Philanthropy Kit

Students in Wells of Love schools have the unique opportunity to be at the helm of a movement that is making an extraordinary difference in the lives of people otherwise forgotten by the rest of the world. The work of Amman Imman spreads from school to school via the students who train as spokespeople and advocates for the people of the Azawak. Our Heroes of Compassion are empowered as leaders who generate tangible change by bringing water and hope to thousands upon thousands.

This Kit contains resources for schools to inform and implement their philanthropic campaigns, and tools for Heroes of Compassion to learn and present Amman Imman.

Speaker Presentations 

Amman Imman and Wells of Love representatives are available to speak at schools, workshops and conferences. Wells of Love staff will provide support for schools to train students to present Amman Imman in their community.   • This presentation tells three stories: the story of the people of the Azawak, the story of Amman Imman and the story of our Heroes of Compassion who are changing and saving lives. We hope you will add your story. Learn about Amman Imman and the Azawak by studying this presentation and accompanying script. Then take charge of your own campaign by adapting the presentation for your audience. Feel free to add photos of your students engaging as Heroes of Compassion in their philanthropic campaigns.

    Water Crisis in the Azawak. The people of the Azawak are suffering and dying today from water scarcity resulting from climate change, a grave concern voiced by environmentalists, scientists and activists for the entire world's future. This 8 minute movie contains footage from the Azawak, showing people struggling to obtain water, and what Amman Imman is doing to save the lives of half a million people.
